Family accounts and junior golfers (guardian profiles)

Golfers under 13 use a guardian profile

Junior golfers under age 13 can't hold their own login. Instead, a parent or guardian sets up a guardian profile — you log in with your own credentials and see (and manage) your child's handicap account. If you need a guardian setup link for your child's account, contact Member Services and we'll send one.

"When I log in, I see my child's account instead of mine"

This happens when your email was first used for your child's account (often from a Youth on Course signup years ago) and later you got your own GHIN. The email is still pointing at the guardian or child profile. Contact Member Services — we'll relink the accounts so your login shows your information, while you remain listed as guardian for your child. You'll get a fresh invitation email to set your password.

Two family members can't share one login

Each email address supports one login. If you and your son or daughter both have GHIN accounts, each needs its own email on file. Tell us which email goes with which account and we'll straighten it out.

Youth on Course numbers

If your child had a trial or previous GHIN and Youth on Course issued a new number, we can merge them so there's one account with all their scores (see I have two GHIN numbers).
