All Clubs must be authorized by their local AGA to supply and handicap memberships
Every Club must complete three authorizations requirements:
- Rules of Handicapping Quiz Supplied by the MGA (once every 4 years)
- Club Assessment, providing any updated club contact information
- Minimum of 10 active golfers on a club's handicap roster at all times
